1. Which airports in Japan do you provide services at?
We provide services at Haneda, Narita, and Kansai International Airport.

*An additional 25% surcharge will be added for late-night arrivals or departures between 10pm and 6am.

2. How can I request your service?
Please download the order sheet form, fill it out, and send it to vip_service@gsp-corp.co.jp
3. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
Please make your reservation at least 14 days in advance, although this may vary depending on the time of year. Depending on availability, we may not be able to accept your reservation, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.
4. Are children charged the same rate?
Children under 10 years old are free (A fee applies from age 11). If there are two children aged 10 or under, we will charge the normal rate for one person.
5. What is the payment deadline?
For first-time customers, we request advance payment. For subsequent payments, payment is possible at the end of the month following the service month.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
50% from 14 days before the service date, and 100% from 7 days before the service date (may vary slightly depending on the time of year)
7. Can I use the priority lane during immigration?
There is no special service such as priority passage. It is available only for elderly (65 years and older), passengers with infants or toddlers, wheelchair users, and one accompanying person.
*Passengers with infants or toddlers are limited to two people including the infant or toddler.
8. Can you assist with luggage retrieval?
Our staff cannot handle your luggage until you pass through customs. You will need to carry your luggage yourself until after passing through customs. Support is available after clearing customs.
9. How much time is needed for transit from international to domestic flights?
It is recommended to allow at least 2 hours and 30 minutes. However, this may vary if your flight is delayed.
10. Can I use the company name on the name board?
Company names, logos, etc., cannot be used. Only customer names are allowed. We can accommodate requests for pseudonyms only if you do not wish to use your real name.
11. Can you deliver tickets or other items to arriving customers?
We cannot provide this service at Haneda, Narita, or Kansai International Airport.
