Our professional airport greeter welcome our customers at the gateway to Japan.

We will help our customers with a smooth arrival and departure with our full of hospitality.

Our greeting service is quite flexible and adaptable to our clients’ expectations, so that it is possible to optimize their route from the boarding bridge to the hotel.

Service: Arrival, Departure, Transit

 

Available Airport: NRT, HND, KIX

Since passengers are greeted near the boarding bridge connecting the terminal and aircraft doors, rather than in the crowded arrivals lobby, eye contact can be made with all passengers, reducing stress for passengers and ensuring a quick and reliable pick-up.

It is possible to support your communication with the airport staff personally at CIQ and security gate. By bringing various knowledge as a professional airport staff, we can assist you to deal with any of possible issues as using airplane for transportation.

*Please note that there is no special treatment at Japanese international airports, such as at immigration.
However, this does not apply to wheelchair users and passengers traveling with infants, etc. Please consult with us in advance.

Airport Attendant Q&A

 

1. Which airports in Japan do you provide services at?

We provide services at Haneda, Narita, and Kansai International Airport.

Haneda, Narita: 50,000 yen / 1 person
Kansai International Airport: 70,000 yen / 1 person

*Excluding consumption tax
*An additional 25% surcharge will be added for late-night arrivals or departures between 10pm and 6am.
*Separate charges will apply for arrivals and departures for connecting flights from international to domestic flights.

2. How can I request your service?

3. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

Please make your reservation at least 14 days in advance, although this may vary depending on the time of year. Depending on availability, we may not be able to accept your reservation, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.

4. Are children charged the same rate?

Children under 10 years old are free (A fee applies from age 11). If there are two children aged 10 or under, we will charge the normal rate for one person.

5. What is the payment deadline?

For first-time customers, we request advance payment. For subsequent payments, payment is possible at the end of the month following the service month.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

50% from 14 days before the service date, and 100% from 7 days before the service date (may vary slightly depending on the time of year)

7. Can I use the priority lane during immigration?

There is no special service such as priority passage. It is available only for elderly (65 years and older), passengers with infants or toddlers, wheelchair users, and one accompanying person.

*Passengers with infants or toddlers are limited to two people including the infant or toddler.

8. Can you assist with luggage retrieval?

Our staff cannot handle your luggage until you pass through customs. You will need to carry your luggage yourself until after passing through customs. Support is available after clearing customs.

9. How much time is needed for transit from international to domestic flights?

It is recommended to allow at least 2 hours and 30 minutes. However, this may vary if your flight is delayed.

10. Can I use the company name on the name board?

Company names, logos, etc., cannot be used. Only customer names are allowed. We can accommodate requests for pseudonyms only if you do not wish to use your real name.

11. Can you deliver tickets or other items to arriving customers?

We cannot provide this service at Haneda, Narita, or Kansai International Airport.
