A dedicated, experienced security staff member (English-speaking) will accompany you at all times, providing personalized service while ensuring your safety and privacy from departure to arrival.
We offer a total support service to meet all your needs and guarantee a stress-free journey, from seamless movement through crowded station premises to managing your luggage and ensuring a pleasant time onboard the train.

1. Dedicated Security Staff Guidance

An experienced security staff member will guide you through all aspects of your travel—including the hotel, station, and onboard the Shinkansen—to ensure your safety and privacy throughout the journey.

2. English Language Support

Our security staff are proficient in English to facilitate smooth communication (excluding porter services).

3. Luggage Transportation Support

We assist with transporting your luggage from your hotel to your seat, or from the Shinkansen exit to your awaiting vehicle upon arrival. Porter service is also available as an option.

4. Secure Luggage Transport

On the day of departure, a security staff member will accompany the dedicated transport vehicle carrying your luggage to ensure its safe and secure delivery to your destination, providing total peace of mind.

5. Catering Service (Optional)

To make your Shinkansen journey more comfortable, we can arrange light meals and beverages according to your specific requests. (Arrangements may require consultation depending on the order details.)
